Landscape East & West offers a convenient and efficient maintenance plan to keep plants pruned, structures stable, and patios pristine. But we take yard care even further to ensure your landscape is in top shape come drought or high water.
We have introduced landscape quality audits to our clients, as well as annual surveys, to make sure your landscape is thriving and that we are providing the best possible service to meet, or even exceed, your expectations. Why do we have these tools? To us, communication is the key to ensuring our clients’ happiness.
We conduct landscape quality audits on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on the care your yard requires and what best suits your needs. We will assign you a client representative or landscape quality auditor (LQA) who will walk through every inch of your property and document the state of your yard. The auditor will identify any issues that require attention, propose enhancements to areas of your landscape that may not align with your vision or needs, and provide overall feedback on how your yard is performing. The notes that the LQA records will be given to your landscape crew so they can correct problems and handle enhancements or upgrades.
Just as we regularly examine your outdoor living space, we ask our customers to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the crew at Landscape East & West. We send an annual survey to our clients, requesting an honest and open assessment of the work we do and how well we communicate. While we hope all our customers will give us a rating of 10, we want to know how we can improve and better serve you. We also remind our clients that we’re always open to hearing from you beyond just through an annual survey. If you have questions or problems, such as ‘Could we install a beautiful fountain you just saw online?’ or ‘Can we come out to repair a broken sprinkler head?’, we’re always available for answers.
Landscape audits and annual surveys are just part of how we communicate and address the maintenance needs of your landscape. Depending on the landscape plan our Client Representatives have developed with you, our crews will be onsite at a regularly scheduled day and time, to trim, prune, mow, inspect, and make any necessary repairs or adjustments. We’ll be at your home like clockwork, so you’ll never wonder when we’ll show up or be surprised when we do.
To remain consistent in the care we provide your landscape, you’ll have a dedicated Client Representative and crew foreman. The Client Representative will work with you to create a service plan that details the maintenance your unique outdoor living space will require and coordinate the best day and time for your weekly maintenance visit. Anytime you have questions or concerns, your Client Representative is just a phone call or text away.
Your yard will also be assigned a crew foreman who will be on-site each week. Keeping the same crew ensures you’ll have a team that knows the details of your yard and can quickly spot any problems or issues to address, plus recommend any enhancements to make your yard even better.
